Dr. Khobyari graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with his DDS, earning the highest honors. After finishing his formal dental education, he went on to receive extensive training in dental implants, oral maxillofacial prosthodontics, and comprehensive care. With more than 20 years of dental practice, he has restored over 10,000 dental implants. He also received a certificate of appreciation for superior performance and extraordinary dental education from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Dr. Pedram Bohluli graduated from Beheshti University College of Dental Medicine in 1998, and then Dr. Bohluli received a Master’s degree and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. In 2005, Dr Bohluli received a Excellence in Biomedical Engineering Awards.
Dr. Mahnaz Messkoub was born and raised in Iran. She graduated from the National University of Iran in 1973. A top honor student throughout her educational career, she received the medal of culture award from the Ministry of Education and Culture for graduating number one in dental school.
Dr. Rosenstein obtained an undergraduate bachelor of science in biology from Touro College in Queens, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry from which he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his time in dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society, as well as the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society.
Known to his patients as “Dr. Bernie,” Dr. Bernard Boback earned his DMD at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and completed his orthodontics residency at the UCLA School of Dentistry, along with a Master of Science in Oral Biology.
Dr. Tan completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin and attended the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry at Houston, where she received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). A top graduate of her class, Dr. Tan has a passion for oral health and saving teeth and implants, which led her to pursue dental specialty training. She stayed at her alma mater for a three-year residency program in Periodontics and Implantology, where she received a Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry degree (MS).
Dr. Ehab was born in Berkeley, California, where he spent most of his childhood. He earned his dental degree and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
His advanced training provided him with extensive experience in dental implants and complex restorative care. Dr. Ehab utilizes 3D imaging and state-of-the-art digital scanning technology to carefully plan each case and achieve predictable, natural-looking results.

Dr. Vincent Hsu is a compassionate and skilled dental professional with a strong educational background. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a degree in business administration. He later attended the UT Health Dental School in San Antonio, where he gained a strong foundation in oral health, dental diagnostics, and treatment modalities.
Dr. Amer A. Quaddoura is board certified in anesthesiology. After finishing his residency in 2000 at The University of Maryland, he completed a Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine also at The University of Maryland in 2001.
Dr. Terrany has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years and brings both skill and heart to everything she does. Her journey started at the University of Paris V – René Descartes, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with high honors in 1997. After spending six years in general practice, she realized her true passion was in endodontics helping patients get out of pain and save their natural teeth.
