I’ve been a patient at Voss for 3 years now and I don’t plan on switching to another dentist. They have been very professional and top notch service. I was laid off last month mid procedures with crown work and the staffs willingness to work with me because of my loss of insurance is why I’m leaving this review. Their willingness and understanding to work with me on payments that fit my budget says a lot about them. They’re not money hungry but they also want to make sure you as their patient is getting what you need while they do as well. How a practice/company reacts to their patients/customers when they are going through a financial loss says a lot.
